PRIME DMS
Intelligent document management — OCR, semantic search, AI
PRIME DMS is an intelligent document management platform that stores, searches, connects, and protects all digital documents. Not a simple file drive, but an AI-supported document management infrastructure.
Contracts get lost in paper and email attachments, supplier invoices are processed manually, legal documents have to be organized by hand. PRIME DMS turns this anarchy into a working system.
The module automatically recognizes duplicate documents, extracts content with OCR even from scanned images, and provides semantic search by meaning — not just keywords.
Incoming supplier invoices are processed with OCR and AI, then automatically accepted, sent for review, or made available for manual entry based on confidence level. Contracts and documents are automatically linked to the relevant partner, order, or project.
Features
Each file gets a unique cryptographic fingerprint (hash). Duplicate documents are automatically recognized and do not take up double space.
HTML, Word, Excel, PDF, images, scanned documents, email files (EML, MSG) — full text indexing from all document types, >95% accuracy.
Multilingual meaning vectors: search works by meaning, not just by word. "Shipping terms change" → finds "delivery terms amendment" too.
Lock-based editing, full version history (who, when, what), diff view between versions, legal hold for compliance.
8-status lifecycle (draft → review → approved → published → archived → legal hold → expired → deleted), automatic rules and reminders.
13 entity types (partner, product, order, invoice, contract, employee, project, etc.) with automatic linking rules.
OCR → AI field extraction (supplier, invoice number, amount, VAT, line items) → confidence-level evaluation: ≥90% auto-accepted, 70–89% human review, <70% manual.
